Eating behavior is the good behavior. Our culture, norms and values guide us our food culture.
People make their own variety at their interest. But the people are only make the variety in special occassion. So, the variety of foods is absent our daily life. Our culture guide us our schedule of launch, dinner and breakfast. Though, we are not able to eat foods which directed by our culture. Food is not a mono matter but it is related our health directly and indirectly. So, I am here to discuss about our food and culture.

Food and culture is interrelated terms. The question always raised for historian that the human begins culture first or seeking food first? But, the dilemma is still on the issue. The culturalist said, If the human couldn't learn their culture, s/he didn't seek their food because absent of culture, they did not know how to seek the food. That's why human obtain the culture then food seeking practice and food seeking is also a culture. On the other hand, historian said that, when human born in the earth's s/he felt hunger. When S/he brought up, s/he felt, they need food and they seek. It has not any relation with culture. It is the feelings of human. So, historian and culturalist said about their issues but the scientifically proved is 'Food make you'.

Food is essential things which play significant role before the birth and after the birth. Food gives us Energy, Calories, Carbohydrate, Protein, Minerals, Vitamin, Iron etc. which assist to live us in the earth. Energy, calories and other elements get from the food which help to sharp our mind, grow our harmon and develop our body strong as well able us to do any things physically and mentally.
The development of communication and technology has support the people to make their food to watch Youtube and other video surfing channel but the people have no time. General daily life is operate as it is. For instance, a human, morning s/he get up, getting fresh, make vegetable or breakfast or coffee and reading news paper. They should complete their home as well as office duty. So, they are always seek the fast food or thinking always' Which food make very fast?' So, the fast food or ready made food is much of the people foods. They are aware about their health but they couldn't operate or manage their time to make food in home and always bring Pizza, Burger and so on. These types of food consequences lazy. So, home made food is more organic, fruitful, healthier than street foods.

Finally, If we eat street and open foods bring from the city, it would be harmful on our health but we eat homemade, organic and fibreable food, it is suitable for our health. Most of the research find the conclusion at their study that the fast food consequence cancer and other non-transferable disease. So, I would like to request you all reader, please get organic and home made food to make your better health. If you have a better health, you will function all your task and give strong effort to your country.
